We provide training through internship training and mentorship through Buildafrique™ Business Leaders Internship Program, which is a six (6) months internship program by Buildafrique™ Group that harness career training for aspiring candidates so as to equip them with Business Leadership skills required to adapt in the modern-day marketplace. The internship program focuses its training in the following four (4) core areas:

Buildafrique Group has so far trained over 150+ interns in various career field in Finance and Investment, Construction and Development, Real Estate and Property, and other related industries.

With the launch of “Buildafrique Franchise Business model” in 2024 to steer the VISION and PURPOSE of Buildafrique Group, the management also rolled out an entrepreneurship training program for the “Franchise Managers and Operators” to support the operational and management arm for the franchise business enterprises across major Kenyan cities and town, and East African region capital cities franchise office enterprises.
