Mr. Moses Orege serves as an Executive Member of the Board in Land Use Management and Physical Planning.

Mr. Orege holds a Masters Degree in Urban & Regional Planning (University of Nairobi – Kenya) and Bachelor Degree in Geography and Economics (University of Nairobi – kenya). He is also a Registered Physical Planner with Physical Planners Registration Board (PPRB – Kenya), and belongs to various regional professional organizations including the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK-Kenya), and Town and County Planners Association of Kenya (TCPAK).

Mr. Moses Orege possesses over thirteen (13) years’ professional experience in physical planning and research. Some of the major projects he has been involved in include preparation of Part Development Plan (PDP) for the extension of Lokichogio Airport Boundary; preparation of The Turkana County Regularization of Land Ownership and Development Bill; preparation of Turkana County Processing of Land Development Applications Bill; review of Lodwar Integrated Strategic Urban Development Plan for Iten Town; and preparation of Kisii Strategic Urban Development Plan.
