Buildafrique™ Group
Buildafrique™ Group is a multi-disciplinary of four (4) specialized subsidiaries that are strategically positioned to provide “End-to-End” project development and investment solutions to help Investors, Developers and Projects Stakeholders to create and maximize value, as well as to manage modern investment risks.
Our work is driven by our Purpose to empower the social-economic lives of our people and to restore the dignity of our community, by providing Project Development Possibilities and Investment Solutions that maximize value and expand opportunities in Kenya and the continent of Africa.
Our products and services comprise of over fifteen (15) end-to-end development and investment solutions spread across our subsidiaries, with business operations in five (5) locations in Kenya.
History
Our Story
Our story dates back to the year 2009 with establishment of a single Quantity Surveying and Project Management firm in Kenya Capital, Nairobi. Buildafrique Group has since grown into four (4) specialized subsidiary companies that provides over fifteen (15) end-to-end development and investment solutions, with business operations in five (5) location in Kenya through a team of specialized professionals.
Our continuous growth over the years has been informed by our Purpose to empower the socio-economic lives of our people and to restore the dignity of our community, by providing Development possibilities and Investment Solutions that maximize value and expand opportunities. Additionally, our business strategy has been motivated by our Mission to offer inclusive “End-to-End” Development and Investments solutions that provide our customers with practical solutions to modern challenges facing development and investment projects implementation.
We continue to foster innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and sustainable practices in Project Development and Investments that not only create opportunities that enhance the quality of life, but once that create sustainable solutions that address modern challenges so as to create a built environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

At Buildafrique Group, our growth strategy is focused on expanding the market share and entering new markets in the Africa continent. We hope to achieve this through products innovation, technology, training and development of our people, strategic partnerships, and maintaining a customer-centric approach in all our operations.
