- Owning a section of real estate development without having to invest in land property for development.

Buildafrique Group / Buildafrique Investments current approach for collective investments is as below:
- Structured Investments for less than 100 Investors per offering through PRIVATE PLACEMENT, with a notice to Kenya Capital Market Authority (CMA).
- Structured Investments through PRIVATE INVESTMENT FUNDS on limited number of investors.
- Collective Joint Venture investments through the KENYA SECTIONAL PROPERTY ACT of 2020.
The Collective Investment Scheme for a higher number of investors (100+) per offering is currently going through registration process with the Kenya Capital Market Authority (CMA) – and will be available to Investors after approval and registration.
